Working principle:
Air drying from easy to dehydration of the particles, powder materials, rapid removal of moisture (mainly surface water). In air drying, the material in the dryer to dry the short residence time, the quality of the products get the best control.The airflow drying in our factory is composed of a strengthening device with stepless speed regulation on the basic type,wet material through the screw feeder into strengthening device and heat flow in the mix, and promote the rapid rotation of the hammer blade break, the materials are crushed into fine particles, in a dry and moved to the exit. Finally, the air is drawn into the drying pipe for further drying. The airflow dryer has the following characteristics:
(1)Large amount of processing, large drying intensity.
(2)Short drying time. The material usually stays only 0.5 to 2S in the dryer. Therefore, even if the temperature of the drying medium is higher, the temperature of the material will not rise too high. Therefore, suitable for heat sensitive, easily oxidized material drying.
(3)The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and small occupation area.The solid material forms a dilute phase conveying bed under the action of air flow, so the transportation is convenient, the operation is stable, and the quality of the finished product is even. However, the granularity of the treated materials is limited.
(4)Products wear relatively large.Because of the high gas velocity in the drying pipe, friction and collision between the particles, the particles and the wall of the material will occur. Because the material is broken, the air dryer is not suitable for easy crushing.
(5)Strict requirements for dust removal equipment, larger fluid resistance.
